It's an election year!!

   Please take some time and invest in the future of our society by nominating yourself or someone you feel would be an excellent fit for our leadership team.

   Information about the duties of each office can be found on our website under the tab "meet our officers"

You can download the ballot.  Please, for your nomination to be valid, the form must be returned to Cathy Mathis at this email address FROM THE SAME EMAIL IT WAS SENT-  cathy.mathis@advocatehealth.org.

The deadline for nominations is midnight, Wednesday, February 11th, 2026.

THE FORM MUST BE RETURNED FROM THE SAME E-MAIL ADDRESS THAT IT WAS ORIGINALLY SENT TO

Then come and join us at the annual spring meeting, March 12 – 14, 2026, at the DoubleTree by Hilton, 4810 Page Creek Road, Durham, NC, and welcome our officers into their positions.  And if you can, volunteer for a supporting position (more information below)!

  This is an exciting time, and I hope many of you will carefully consider someone for at least one office.  If you have any questions or would like a current list of members, please get in touch with Cathy Mathis by clicking on the "to email ballot" button.

After receiving your nominations, the nominations committee will

1. Verify the nominee's qualifications (roster emailed by request) and if they qualify, 
2. They will be contacted and asked to accept or decline the nomination. 
3. If they accept, they willl then send the committee their curriculum vitae. 
4. The nominations committee will compile the information and ballots. 
5. Ballots will be emailed out.
